What is Aniimo?
Aniimo is a free-to-play open-world creature-catching action RPG developed by Pawprint Studio. You play a Pathfinder exploring Idyll, a vibrant world of floating islands, ancient ruins, mist-covered woods and a sky-floating metropolis. Aniimo are the creatures that live there, and they are not collectibles you file away — they are the tools you use to move, fight and solve problems.
The core mechanic is Twine: bond with an Aniimo and you can transform into it, borrowing its senses and abilities. Glide across a canyon, dive to a sunken ruin, burrow under a collapsed wall, or slip past a camp using a creature's senses. Capture happens through the Aniipod, and most Aniimo can evolve as they grow. Between expeditions you return to your Homeland, a travelling RV base you decorate, farm in, and open to other players.
