There is no Aniimo beta running right now. The most recent test — the Global Closed Beta — ended on July 25, 2026, the servers closed, and all test data was wiped. Pawprint Studio has not announced a further test. The next time anyone plays Aniimo is the global launch on September 16, 2026 for PC and consoles and September 23, 2026 for mobile.
If you are looking for a way in before launch, the honest answer is that there is no guaranteed one. What does exist is a keepsake system that preserves a single creature from the beta.
The Global Closed Beta, in official terms
Pawprint Studio's end notice describes the test plainly: it was a limited-entry, free, data-wipe test. Servers closed at staggered times on July 25, 2026:
| Region shard | Closed at |
|---|---|
| Aniimo-AP | July 25, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8) |
| Aniimo-NA | July 25, 2026, 11:59 (UTC-4) |
| Aniimo-EU | July 25, 2026, 15:59 (UTC+0) |
The notice thanks testers and confirms that all game data from the test was deleted. It also states that feedback gathered across all channels was logged, sorted and addressed through daily updates and targeted optimisations during the test window.
Confirmed
"This was a limited-entry, free, data-wipe test. After the test ends, the servers will close and all game data from this test will be deleted." — Global Closed Beta End Notice, 2026-07-23.
What carried forward: the Bond Pact
The one thing that survived the wipe was the Bond Pact: Seal Your Aniimo event. Per the official FAQ, once the event went live, players could select one favourite Aniimo to seal inside an Egg. The chosen Aniimo was removed from Aniimo Management during the test and is reunited with you once official launch begins.
The rules are specific enough to be worth knowing:
- Most Aniimo could be sealed, with three exclusion categories: Prismana Form Aniimo; certain Special Aniimo including Helion, Lunara, Irisalis, Fulmintis, Dazmand, Besauce and Somniwing; and partial Aniimo from the Whisperwake Isles region including Cheekie, Wavwal, Reefish, Coraliz, Popapus, Gachapus, Bubbeep, Glameep, Malangel and Malevsera.
- Sparkling Aniimo and Alpha Aniimo were fully eligible for sealing.
- Aniimo currently deployed or out on expeditions could not be sealed.
- You had three additional chances to replace your sealed Aniimo after the first selection.
How to hatch it at launch
At launch, log in with the same game account and channel used for the test to claim your sealed Aniimo Egg, either in-game or via the corresponding event page on the official website. You can hatch it only after unlocking the matching form of that Aniimo in the Aniilog. There are no extra restrictions based on Sparkling rarity or Acquired Potential rating.
The official example makes the rule concrete: if you sealed a Pawney with Sparkling rarity, Mountain Woods Form and Perfect Aptitude, you only need to unlock Mountain Woods Form Pawney in the Aniilog to hatch it. Rarity and aptitude do not gate it; the form does.
Terminology the beta established
Even though the data is gone, the beta documentation fixed a vocabulary that will be live at launch. Learning it now saves confusion later:
- Aniilog — your creature record. Hatching a sealed egg requires the matching form to be unlocked here.
- Prismana Form — a rare form category, excluded from Bond Pact sealing and offered as a pre-registration reward.
- Sparkling — a rarity tier. Fully eligible for sealing.
- Alpha — a creature variant. Fully eligible for sealing.
- Acquired Potential — an aptitude rating that the FAQ confirms does not restrict hatching.
- Form — creatures have region- or variant-specific forms, e.g. Mountain Woods Form Pawney.
What the beta did not establish
Beta players and creators discussed systems that Pawprint Studio has never confirmed for launch. Those discussions are useful signal about what the community wants, but they are not facts:
- Multi-branch evolution routes — the Official Index confirms three stages; it has not confirmed branching per species.
- Energy or stamina systems — no confirmation either way. See is Aniimo a gacha?.
- Gacha banners or pull rates — nothing published.
- Endgame loop — no official description of launch endgame.
- Homeland automation specifics beyond planting crops and building decorations.
To be confirmed
Whether any further beta or stress test runs before September 16, and whether Bond Pact eggs are claimable on mobile at launch as well as on PC and console.
Where to watch for the next test
No announcement channel has promised another test, but if one happens it will appear on:
- The official Aniimo site's News Center, which is where all four previous news posts were published.
- The official Discord, linked from the Steam page and the official site.
- The official X account and official YouTube channel.
Be sceptical of "beta key" offers anywhere else. The last test was free and limited-entry, and anyone selling access was selling something they did not control. See beta sign-up for the full picture on how entry worked.
