Aniimo Closed Beta: Dates, Data Wipe and the Bond Pact Rules

The Aniimo Global Closed Beta ended on July 25, 2026. It was a limited-entry, free, data-wipe test: when the servers closed, every piece of progress from the test was deleted. The single exception was the Bond Pact: Seal Your Aniimo event, which let each tester preserve one creature and reunite with it after launch.

Server shutdown times

Pawprint Studio published the shutdown times per region shard, all on July 25, 2026:

The notice asked testers to plan their remaining time and closed with a note that the goodbye was temporary.

Bond Pact: Seal Your Aniimo

The Bond Pact ran during the final day of the test, with windows that opened before the corresponding shutdown:

Once live, testers could select one favourite Aniimo to seal inside an Egg. That Aniimo was removed from Aniimo Management for the rest of the test and is returned at official launch.

What you could not seal

Three exclusion categories were published:

1. Prismana Form Aniimo — the rare form category.
2. Certain Special Aniimo, named as Helion, Lunara, Irisalis, Fulmintis, Dazmand, Besauce, Somniwing and others ("etc." in the official text, so the list is not exhaustive).
3. Partial Aniimo from the Whisperwake Isles region, named as Cheekie, Wavwal, Reefish, Coraliz, Popapus, Gachapus, Bubbeep, Glameep, Malangel, Malevsera and others.

Two positive confirmations matter just as much: Sparkling Aniimo and Alpha Aniimo were fully eligible for sealing, and Aniimo currently deployed or out on expeditions could not be sealed — recall them first.

Replacement chances

The FAQ states that during the event you had three additional chances to replace your sealed Aniimo after your first selection. The official wording asks players to use these retries thoughtfully and lock in the one they want preserved.

Claiming and hatching at launch

There are two steps at launch, and the order matters:

1. Claim the egg. Log in with the exact same game account and channel used for the test. You can claim the sealed Aniimo Egg in-game or via the corresponding event page on the official website.
2. Unlock the matching form in the Aniilog. You may hatch the egg only after unlocking the matching form of that Aniimo in the Aniilog.

Crucially, there are no extra restrictions based on Sparkling rarity or Acquired Potential rating. A perfect-aptitude Sparkling creature is not harder to hatch than an ordinary one — the gate is the form, not the stats.

What the beta actually told us

Because the test was wiped, no progression carries over. But the beta did confirm several system names that are now safe to use:

• Aniilog — the creature record that gates hatching.
• Prismana Form — a rare form category, excluded from sealing and offered as a pre-registration reward.
• Sparkling and Alpha — creature rarities and variants.
• Acquired Potential — an aptitude rating that explicitly does not gate hatching.
• Forms — region- or variant-specific versions of a species, such as Mountain Woods Form.

If you missed the closed beta

You missed nothing that counts. Because the test was a data wipe, the only lasting advantage any tester has is one preserved creature. Everyone else starts Idyll on equal footing on September 16, 2026, and the pre-registration rewards available now are worth substantially more than a single carried-over Aniimo.
